“Hi, I’m Farrah. I’ve been teaching Qi Gong since 2017. This practice has elevated my life in so many ways - I’m on a mission to share the medicine.”
Farrah is a Florida based Qi Gong practitioner, trauma-informed facilitator, and self-trained artist. Farrah merges classical TCM techniques and affirmations in each session, offering a super-charged experience that promotes self confidence, deepened creativity, elevated mood, and fruitful health.
What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (Chee-Gong) dates back to almost 10,000 years ago and is an Eastern medicine practice that promotes longevity, increased vitality, boosted immunity, and overall well-being.
The practice combines gentle movement, breathing techniques, and visualization in order to enhance overall physical, mental, and emotional health.

FAQ’s about Qi Gong

Chee Gong! It translates to “life force cultivation.” Some people say “Chi Gung,” but as long as it sounds similar, you got it!

No! Qi Gong is suitable for all levels. I always encourage my students to go at their own pace, and make adjustments when necessary. Qi Gong can also be done while seated.

All classes range from 45 minutes-1 hour. Personal sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

I recommend bringing a water bottle and some loose fitting clothes, or stretchy clothes. Aside from those things, all you need is the desire to participate and benefit from the practice.

I have offered my classes to individuals who are 9 years old all the way up to 94 years old! Anyone with the will to participate and benefit can practice Qi Gong.

A group class covers multiple areas of the body and is less personalized, while a personal session focuses on specific pain points, needs, and 1-on-1 attention.
